firm mattress broken fan
the hotel is nice, but some things disappointed me. parking wasn't easy. the room itself was subpar. the mattress felt too firm, and the tub was high. i nearly fell when i got out of the shower because the fan did not work, so it steamed up the whole room.

the hotel staff WAS friendly. i liked that the hotel HAS good off street parking. also, the castle views was pretty.
my shower was not good. water in shower was scalding HOT. it prevented me from showering.

the location are a dream, in the hearts of everything. the staffs are so cute, and them help are constant through mine visit. mine room she were super clean. them beds are so comfortable it reminded me of a dream.
parking she were not easy. i find to park in a carpark two streets from here. mine room she were cold when i enter, and she dont warm up, not even after one hours. mine room she were dated and small for this cost, it seem.
